We are members of Chicago’s far north neighborhoods of Rogers Park, Edgewater, West Ridge and Uptown.  The members of our club are connected to over 2,000 Rotarians in the Chicagoland area and the 1.2 million Rotarians worldwide committed to Rotary’s motto of Service Above Self.  We are part of the world's largest humanitarian service organization.

Join us on our exciting schedule of community presentations; meaningful service projects, locally and globally; and friendly fellowship gatherings featuring Rotary Chicago Far North's service projects. Here's a list of the club's upcoming list of speakers, fellowship events and dates for service projects.  Most meeting locations are at The Breakers Senior Lifestyle, 5333 N. Sheridan Rd. 3rd floor Chicago/ free validated parking in the basement garage). Please join us and listen to these upcoming speakers:

Upcoming Speakers - Join Us!
Jan. 12, 2016:  Our program will be Utica J. Gray, Chicago's Regional Director.  She will tell us of the work of "Fresh Start", dealing with children with facial deformities.  "Fresh Start" is part of the Caring for Kids Foundation, related to the Plastic Surgery Foundation.  Come and learn about this vital work.

January 26.  Our program will be presented by Nancy Bothne, telling us about the mission and work of Amnesty International.  This organization received a Nobel Peace Prize for the admirable achievements.

February 9:  Our speaker is a representative of the Cambodian Association.  We will hear about that organization's work and about the Museum.  I'm sure this will be new information for many of us!!

Rotary Chicago Far North continues to encourage and mentor youth of the Interact Club of Sullivan High School, the only Rotary Interact club in Chicago Public Schools. In February 2015, Ms. Shafia Khatoon, Interact Club President spoke eloquently  about encouraging other young leaders to dedicate and engage in service. Are you also passionate about helping youth and engaging them in service? Look no further - join the Rotary Chicago Far North: service and fellowship.
